The conference was organised by Dr Maneesh Kumar and Dr Vasco Sanchez Rodrigues of the Logistics and Operations Management Section.

Established in 2007, the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative is the first organised relationship between the United Nations and business schools.

Cardiff University, the University of South Wales and Cardiff Metropolitan University, recently welcomed a delegation from the Chengdu Administration Institute situated in the Sichuan province of China.

The 10-person delegation participated in a bespoke two week training programme, jointly delivered by Cardiff’s three Universities, and supported by the Welsh Government.

The teaching centre took first place in the health and safety category of the Constructing Excellence awards in London after winning in the same category in the Constructing Excellence in Wales awards earlier in 2015..
