Michael Poole

The School is very sorry to report the death of Michael Poole, Professor Emeritus. Michael died in Cardiff on Saturday 25th August as a result of complications following surgery

The School would like to convey its sympathy to Michael's wife, Elaine, and to his family. Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.

Michael's funeral will take place at Llandaff Cathedral in Cardiff at 12.30 on Tuesday 4th September.

School hosts inaugural ‘lean and green’ conference

Cardiff Business School’s Postgraduate Teaching Centre hosted the first annual iLEGO (Innovation in Lean Enterprise and Green Operations) conference on Tuesday 26 January 2016.

The conference was organised by Dr Maneesh Kumar and Dr Vasco Sanchez Rodrigues of the Logistics and Operations Management Section.
