Prof Gordon Foxall
Gordon Foxall is the initiator of the CBAR Group and holds the position of Distinguished Research Professor at Cardiff Business School in Wales. He is currently the convener/chairman of the group.

Dr Mirella Yani-de-Soriano
Mirella is a lecturer at Cardiff Business School and her special research interest is the use of the BPM and the PAD (Mehrabian & Russell, 1974) frameworks to predict and explain consumers' responses to retail and consumption environments.

Dr John Pallister
John's previous research revolves around the topic of UK consumers purchase decision involvement in financial decision making.

Prof Jorge Oliveira-Castro (Universidada de Brasilia)
Jorge is a Professor at the Instituto de Psicologia at the University of Brasilia in Brazil. Jorge visited Cardiff Business School and in particular Gordon Foxall as a Visiting Academic in 2002 and 2006 and has since become a central pillar and indeed invaluable initiator of work in the consumer brand choice area.

Dr Valdimar Sigurdsson (Reykjavik University)
Previously a student at the University of Iceland and a behavioural consultant and trainer in behavioural therapy, Valdimar completed his PhD at Cardiff University in 2007. He is currently an Assistant professor at Reykjavik University continuing his work involving in-store experiments and the BPM.

Dr Shing Wan Chang (University of Westminster)
Previously a masters student at the national Taiwan University, Taipai, Shing completed her PhD at Cardiff University in 2007. She is currently working as a senior lecturer at the University of Westminster continuing her work looking at behavioural economics and fmcgs.

Miss Zuha Rosufila Abu Hasan

Currently, Zuha is a PhD student at Cardiff University. Her research interests are in environmental marketing and consumer behaviour. She has experience of working as a lecturer at University Malaysia Terengganu. She is also a member of the Malaysian Consumer and Family Economics Association

Mrs Zurina Mohaidin

Currently a PhD student at Cardiff University, she completed her MBA and BSc in Marketing at the University of Bridgeport, U.S.A. She is now working on her PhD in understanding consumer choice by applying a Behavioural Economic approach.

Miss Sumana Laparojkit

Sumana previously completed a Bachelor in Business Administration at Thammasat University in Thailand, an MA in Training and Human Resource Development at the University of Warwick and an MSc in International Marketing at the University of Strathclyde. Her broad research interests are in the area of branding and consumer behaviour and she is currently working on her PhD applying the theory of collective intentionality to brand communities.

Mr. Kevin J. Vella

With two decades of industry experience in international sales and marketing Kevin's main professional concern has been 'why' people buy. This has been aided over the last three years due to the excellent metrics that have been developed for internet traffic and has lead to a greater understanding of 'how' people buy FMCGs, downloadable software in particular, and how elements within the web stimulate their desire (and propensity) to buy online. Kevin's PhD will look into these two important aspects from a behavioural perspective at the marketing level of analysis.

Miss Ji Yan

Currently a PhD student in Cardiff Business School, Ji is working on price elasticities of demand in UK's fmcg market by applying a behavioural economic approach.
